Timeline: Choose 5 key events from the life of your subject. On top of the flap, write the event. Inside of the flap, include the date/year that the event happened. 

About the Researcher: Here's where you tell a little about YOU! Give us some facts about your life. You may want to include when you were born, what your hobbies are or why you chose to write about this person. 

Influences: Tell us what major events or people influenced the person you read about. Did anything big happen to them that changed their life? Did anyone help guide them along the way? 

Books I Used for My Research: Tell us the title and author of your biography. If you used any other books or websites, include those as well. 

Obstacles: What trouble did the person you read about face in his or her life? Were there any wars? Mean people? Failures? Disappoints?

In there center box, draw or print out a picture of your subject. If you draw it, it should be a nice, colorful drawing. Photos do not need to be in color.

In the four outer boxes, write words to describe your subject. Examples: kind, brave, funny, intelligent, charismatic etc.
